In realizing the lack of attention females received in the video gaming industry, founder Jess Davis had a vision to bring awareness to females such as herself who played video games. GameHer was founded in 2013 from the vision of creating clothing and an online platform for females to unite within the video game world.

“Gamer” is the term used to describe someone who plays video games, so the creation of GameHer was strictly to highlight the females in video gaming, as the space is known to be male dominate. Although GameHer is focused on the females in the video gaming world, WE WELCOME ANYONE who supports the GameHer lifestyle!
